Terms of service for use-mark.com, the waitlist, and the Mark service.
These terms cover your use of:
They are between you and Life With Data ("we", "us"). By using the site or the service you agree to them.
Joining the waitlist does not reserve a place, a price, or a launch date. We invite people when we are ready and may invite them in any order. You can leave at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
Use your own email address. Do not sign up someone else, and do not use scripts to join.
You need an account to use Mark. You must be authorized to act for the organization you create or join, and you must keep your login details safe.
You own the content and data you put into Mark. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for that content and for having a lawful basis to use it, including personal data about your own customers.
If you pay for Mark, you pay the prices we quote for the plan you choose. We may change prices with notice. We may suspend or limit the service if an invoice is unpaid.
We may suspend or close an account for unpaid invoices, abuse, or a security risk. You may stop using Mark at any time. Unless we agree otherwise, access ends at the close of the then-current paid period.
You may read, share, and link to anything on the marketing site. Do not:
The site's and the service's text, images, logos, and the Mark name belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Quoting the marketing site with a link back is fine.
What we write about marketing, tools, and competitors is our view at the time we wrote it. It is not professional advice, and prices and features we describe, ours or anyone else's, can change.
We link to other sites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Tools you connect inside Mark are governed by those providers' terms as well as these.
We provide the site and the service as they are. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise that they will be either.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site, the waitlist, or the Mark service. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes go to the courts of Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them at home.
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date below. If you keep using the site or the service after that, you accept it.
